On the morning of Thursday, 19 January 2023, Three Mile Bay Fire was dispatched for a possible structure fire almost directly across from the 44 Station. Chief J. Bourquin arrived on scene reporting heavy smoke and fire showing from the "C" and "D" sides of the structure.

On the evening of September 25th, TMBFC was dispatched to a tree in the roadway on Co Rt. 57. 44-4-2 and 44-7-1 responded with 11 members. Limbs were removed, road re-opened, and crews were back in service.
At approximately 15:30, TMBFC responded mutual aide to Cape Vincent for a fully engulfed tractor fire, spreading to grass. Cape Vincent requested our tanker and man power to the scene. TMB responded with 44-5-1 and 44-7-1, each with 2 members.
On September 6 2022, TMBFC was dispatched to County Rt 57 for a Large Square Bailer on fire. 44-4-2 and 44-7-1 responded. Crews made quick work of the fire, which consisted mostly of hay, limiting damage to the Bailer while preventing any damage to the Tractor.
On August 20th, 2022, TMBFC was dispatched to a one car MVA with a vehicle into a residence. 44-4-2 and 44-7-1 responded with 11 members. Upon arrival, crews discovered one vehicle into a shed type structure.
A two-story wood-frame home in the Hamlet of Three Mile Bay caught fire in the early morning of July 21st.The fire is suspected to have started around 4 a.m. The family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, were home at the time but luckily all made it out safely.
